Overview

Role and Duties
Under the supervision of a Lead Sonographer provide a high quality, safe and supportive environment in order to care for patients within the Maternity Ultrasound department. Duties will include providing clerical support which includes reception duties, data input, record management, making appointments, chaperoning as well as providing information and support for patients when required.
Responsibilities
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide the delivery of highest level of care whilst adhering to Health Board policies, departmental policies, Health and Safety, data protection and confidentiality policies.
Qualifications
* Essential: good organisational and communication skills with the ability to work within a team.
* Desirable: previous experience in a healthcare environment and with Trakcare is desirable.
* This is a full-time post of 37 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm and requires membership of Disclosure Scotland\'s PVG.
