Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: Bloxwich, Walsall (WS3)
Pay: £80-£110 per day
Position: Full-time, Long-term until July

Smile Education is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly EYFS team in a Blowxich school. This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal for someone passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development.

Early Years Practitioner Role:
* Support teaching staff in EYFS classrooms
* Assist with planning and delivering engaging early years activities
* Encourage children’s social, emotional, and educational development
* Promote positive behaviour and a safe, nurturing environment
Early Years Practitioner Requirements:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Experience in an EYFS setting (preferred)
* Enthusiastic, patient, and proactive
