Head Chef Vacancy
We are looking for a Head Chef to lead our talented kitchen team here at the Trearddur Bay Hotel.
The Trearddur Bay Hotel is more than just a hotel. With 47 beautiful bedrooms, many with fabulous sea views and balconies and all with the comforts you'll need for a relaxing break. Our grounds are located right by the beach, ideal for seaside views while you cosy up in our Inn at the Bay pub or our The Bay Restaurant. Our menus offer seasonal specials and pub classics perfect for the season.
There's also the option of The Bay Restaurant & Bar, which has its own menu that focuses on daily, freshly prepared, seasonal specials, for a special dining experience.
We also have our garden bar and kitchen 1828 Bar Gardd a Chegin, a pop-up street food styled outdoor bar, perfect for those sunny days in the garden.
We have also have fantastic event spaces for parties and coastal Anglesey beach weddings.
You will be joining a well-structured and fantastic team.

Be passionate about cooking great food and ensuring every dish leave the kitchen to specification
Ensure that excellent stock control practices are maintained
Motivate your team to perform to the best of their cooking capabilities
Mentor and develop your team, passing on your skills, knowledge and experience
Be the creative genius behind the in-house specials
You will lay the ground rules and have overall responsibility over daily operations within the kitchen ensuring you and your team achieve 5* Scores on the doors
Your work will be exemplary and will inspire your team to send the perfect dish on time every time.
