Reed Education is seeking confident, adaptable, and passionate Cover Supervisors to join our team. This role involves supervising secondary school classes across Bracknell, stepping in during the absence of the regular teaching staff.

Day-to-day of the role:
* Supervise classes across various subjects using pre-prepared lesson plans.
* Ensure students remain focused and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
* Support the wider school community as needed.
* Quickly adapt to different school settings and year groups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience working with young people (e.g., youth work, tutoring, coaching, mentoring).
* Confidence in managing a classroom environment.
* Reliability, adaptability, and enthusiasm.
* A genuine interest in education.
* Hold a valid DBS or be willing to apply for one.
