Promote water confidence, safety, and therapeutic benefits in collaboration with teachers and therapists. Oversee pool safety and compliance, including water testing, plant room checks, and risk assessments. Manage pool timetables, staff rotas, and training for lifeguards and assistants. Maintain accurate records for water quality, pupil progress, and operational procedures. Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are met at all times. About you STA Level 2 Award/Certificate or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification. National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent. Pool Plant Operator Certificate (or willingness to train). Experience delivering inclusive or adaptive swimming lessons. Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
