What's on offer:
1. 3 or 4 days per week working from home. No weekend obligations!
2. Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (full-time position)
3. £30,000 - £33,000 Basic
4. £45,000 - £50,000 OTE (uncapped)
5. Leads provided, no cold calling
6. Additional benefits include 25 days plus bank holidays and free onsite parking
Mortgage Advisor Requirements:
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Advisor, with full CeMAP qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a driven and enthusiastic approach, with a personable manner suited to handling professional clients looking to purchase second homes and investment properties. A CAS status would be ideal.
As a Mortgage Advisor, your role will involve the following:
7. Writing mortgage applications, particularly for holiday lets and investment properties
8. Handling incoming calls and emails, managing all leads with professionalism
9. Building rapport and offering expert mortgage advice for clients dealing with second homes and investment opportunities
10. Providing excellent customer service throughout the mortgage process
11. Maintaining compliance and up-to-date product knowledge
12. Working closely with the team to meet business targets and deliver client satisfaction
