Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, driven and creative Video Editor & Digital Content Marketer, passionate about telling brand stories, driving creative content across multiple platforms and supporting in the delivery of the overall group marketing strategy.
The role is responsible for creating content that tells our story, strengthens brand identity, drives engagement and recognition for our group brands. This hands‑on creator role sits within a busy, ambitious marketing team and requires someone comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, responding to briefs, while pro‑actively contributing creative ideas for future content aligned with group strategy.
You will work closely with the Group Head of Marketing and Group Marketing Coordinators to elevate our digital presence across all platforms and be adaptable to provide support, as a team, on all marketing activities and events.
Key priorities / responsibilities
* Maximise the usage of the group’s extensive digital content library of footage to create compelling corporate long and short form videos across all platforms.
* Plan, shoot and edit photography and short and long‑form video on‑location and in‑house studio environment
* Ensure all footage and photography is organised and archived
* Create, upload and manage website content (CMS), supporting on the delivery of the new group website project
* Create, design and schedule social and digital communications across platforms; maintaining the content calendar and dashboard alongside the wider team.
* Produce graphics and marketing assets (Adobe Creative Suite and Canva).
* Support on internal communications strategies including leadership videos, intranet content, training videos and employee comms.
* Maintain brand consistency across all content; iterate on feedback and refine content using performance insights.
* Work closely with group leaders and teams to develop and deliver creative briefs and contribute ideas for future content.
* Support on wider marketing activity across the group as required (events, awards, open days, campaigns)
Required skills & experience
* Expert video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects essential.
* Strong photography and videography skills, including on‑location shooting and retouching.
* Confident in capturing professional content of people, plants, fruit and flowers.
* Able to take transcripts and edit to consistently reflect the mission, vison and values of the group
* Strong storytelling, pacing and visual editing skills; ability to adapt content to different platforms and audiences.
* Proven experience creating social and digital content for brand accounts.
* Proficiency in graphic design and using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign) and Canva
* Experience with CMS/web editing, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp and Notion (or similar).
* Experience monitoring performance
* Highly organised, self‑motivated, able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to brand identity and consistency.
* Good communicator, able to take direction and iterate on feedback.
* Strong understanding of the importance of brand identity and consistency.
* Interest or experience in fresh produce/horticulture/ recruitment preferred.
* A collaborative team player, who is adaptable to support on other departmental projects and evolving priorities.
