Administration & Resources Officer
6-Month Contract
Immediate Start

Are you an organised and proactive administration professional who takes pride in getting the essentials right? Do you enjoy supporting busy teams and ensuring smooth, efficient operations? Were looking for a capable Administration & Resources Officer to join our Operations Support team on a 6-month contract.

In this role, youll assist a high-volume service function by coordinating onboarding documentation, preparing contracts, and maintaining accurate employee information within our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate onboarding activities, including preparing documentation and supporting internal staff movements
2. Maintain and update employee and contractor records in internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
3. Respond to general enquiries from employees and managers, providing timely, clear, and reliable information
4. Support the Operations Team to deliver consistent and efficient administrative services across the employee lifecycle
5. Contribute to process improvements and assist with various operational tasks as required
6. Ensure all activities align with organisational policies, procedures, and relevant compliance requirements

About You
7. Experience in an Administration, Resources, or Coordination role within a fast-paced environment
8. Comfortable working in a shared services or high-volume support function with excellent attention to detail
9. Confident using digital systems and databases (experience with HRIS or SuccessFactors is an advantage)
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
11. Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
12. Demonstrates strong administrative capability, effectively balancing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
