Finance analyst

Finance Analyst An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Finance Analyst with strong FP&A experience to join a leading organisation operating within the Defence and Technology sector. Working within a high performing FP&A team, you'll gain exposure across the wider business, partnering with Finance teams and senior stakeholders to deliver forecasting, planning, reporting and insightful financial analysis that supports key business decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead forecasting, budgeting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Planning activities. Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packs. Produce insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Support month-end reporting and business performance reviews. Drive process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency. Collaborate with finance teams and senior stakeholders across the organisation. About You Previous experience in FP&A, financial analysis, forecasting or business partnering. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non finance stakeholders. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Experience within Defence, Aerospace, Cyber Security or other technical sectors. Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA). Experience with SAP, Cognos, BW or similar financial systems. What's On Offer?
