My client is currently looking for a Support & Delivery engineer to join there exciting team.
Responsibilities:
· Be a Subject Matter Expert in designated Network Management and Security Solutions.
· Be part of a team that delivers solutions to meet customer requirements.
· Deliver complex projects, including hands-on solution installation and configuration, following defined project plans.
· Take a lead in ensuring that their customer solutions are adopted successfully and evolve as their requirements change over time (Customer Success)
· Constantly learn and be an adviser to the business on key technical topics relevant to our product scope and customer’s requests.
Skills & Experience:
· At least 3 years technical experience working in or providing to Large Enterprise or Public Sector environments.
· In-depth working knowledge, including practical application of one of the following areas: Network Management, Infrastructure Management, IT / Security Operations.
· Comfortable in Customer Facing role.
· Already owns, or has the ability to pass a high level of Security Clearance
· Knowledge / Experience of SNMP, Packet Inspection, SIEM, NetFlow, NCCM, Event Management
· Full Driving License
