Your experience You will already have experience working as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist within residential housebuilding or residential development. You will be comfortable producing CAD drawings and technical information for housing developments. You will have been involved in planning applications, layout work and technical detailing for residential schemes. You understand how a housing development moves from planning through to construction and you are confident working with site teams when technical questions come up.
