Project Manager Industry: Construction Contract Type: Permanent Summary We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a £10 million refurbishment project at a police station in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate earlier in their career who is IT literate, comfortable with client liaison and reporting, and eager to progress into senior Project Management roles and beyond. The successful candidate will have a proven record of delivering projects up to £10 million and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. As this project is for the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), the candidate must be able to pass Security Level L3a clearance for the Police department. Following this initial project, there is a substantial pipeline of work in the West Midlands, and the client is keen to retain the ideal candidate locally for future opportunities. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. The Project Manager will oversee programme management, risk mitigation, financial control, and compliance with health and safety standards. The position offers an immediate start with a salary range of £60,000 to £65,000.
