Role:
Financial Services Administrator
Salary: Up to £30,000 Per Annum
Location: Sheffield
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, full time office based
Job Summary:
Glu Recruit are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator, from a financial services business, to support our client’s mission to help their clients plan for a comfortable retirement.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Send letters of authority to financial providers
2. Chase providers for required information
3. Keep clients updated on the progress of their cases
4. Issue advice recommendation packs to clients
5. Submit advice and annual review reports via the Intelliflo back office system
6. Provide a high level of customer service and care throughout the client journey
Required Skills and Experience:
7. Proven experience as a Financial Services Administrator within an IFA firm
8. Strong understanding of the IFA process and regulatory requirements
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
10. Reasonable knowledge in Microsoft Excel
11. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
12. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
13. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Preferred Qualifications:
14. Experience with the Aviva platform
15. Relevant financial services qualification study material and initial exams will be covered by the business to aid career development.
