Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead – £27.80/hr + Bonuses | Full-Time | Near Mansfield

We’re seeking an experienced Deputy Manager – Clinical Lead to help lead a welcoming, purpose-built nursing home near Mansfield. This full-time role (3-4 shifts/week, 7am–7pm incl. alternate weekends) comes with top-tier pay, quarterly bonuses, and a range of wellbeing-focused benefits.

You bring:
* NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
* 3+ years’ experience in elderly or dementia care

* Based within 30 minutes’ travel of the home
Bonus if you have:
* 2+ years in a similar clinical leadership role
* One year's experience of caring for residents living with dementia.
* A full driving licence
