Role Overview
We are looking for agile leaders to empower high‑performing teams to deliver cutting‑edge digital solutions as we transform the future of DWP services used by millions of people. The Senior Agile Delivery Manager will lead using Agile frameworks, remove barriers, utilise key metrics and insights to help us make good decisions and delivery better outcomes. You will collaborate across policy, strategy and delivery teams to shape the future of health and disability support, working on products that impact millions of lives.
Compensation & Benefits
* Pay up to £75,748, plus 28.97% employer pension contributions
* Hybrid working model – spend some time at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub
