Must be competent in the following -
Building of interior and exterior walls of buildings involving brickwork, blockwork and stonework, also repairs to existing walls and refurbish old buildings.
To assist with, as and when required, concrete laying and foundation
To assist in work associated with laying of drainage systems.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, have use of own tools and be an owner driver.
This is an extremely varied role where you will repair and renovate our client's properties to the highest possible standards.
Hours of work – Monday to Friday 40hours
Salary – negotiable (dependent upon experience)

* Plastering: 1 year (preferred)
* Masonry: 1 year (preferred)
