Meraki Talent are delighted to be engaged on the role of Cashroom Assistant for a market leading and well-respected business based in Glasgow.The RoleThe successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the functions of the cash department which is part of the larger finance team. They will be required to manage a varied and busy workload under pressure whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.You will be involved in the following duties:
* Input of financial postings
* Reviewing and reconciliation of bank statements
* Processing daily banking of clients funds
* Printing cheques
* Card payments
* Processing invoices for purchase ledger system
The Candidate To be successful in this role you must have the following -
* Previous experience within a similar role within a legal firm
* Understanding the legal technology and Law Society Accounting rules
* Excellent numeracy and problem solving skills
* A working knowledge of 3E or similar practice management system
