An Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ 11–18 school in Oxford is seeking an inspiring and dedicated Music ECT to join their Performing Arts Department from January 2026. About the Role The successful candidate will teach Music across KS3–KS5, combining performance, composition, and theory to build students’ musical understanding and confidence. The ECT will receive tailored support from an experienced mentor and will participate in the school’s highly regarded induction and professional development programme, ensuring a smooth transition into their teaching career. They will also be encouraged to lead or support extracurricular groups such as choir, orchestra, or band.
