FHP Caernarfon is part of the Future Health Partnership, an organisation with four practices across the North West and Wales. We are a private general dental practice with particular interests in Cosmetic, Endodontic, and Implant treatments.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Dental Practice Manager to join our friendly dental team. This is an excellent opportunity for either:
* A qualified dental nurse (with GDC registration) looking to develop into management, or
* An experienced Dental Practice/Assistant Manager seeking a new challenge.
You will support the smooth and efficient running of the practice, working closely with the Practice Manager and clinicians. The role involves both people and practice management, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day running of the practice.
* Line manage and support the dental nursing and reception team.
* Oversee recruitment, induction, training, and appraisals.
* Organise staff rotas, manage absence, and monitor holiday entitlement.
* Assist with financial processes including payroll adjustments, payments, and patient accounts.
* Handle patient queries and complaints in line with practice policy.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain practice systems, stock control, and equipment servicing.
* Lead by example, motivating the team and ensuring excellent patient care.
About You
* Qualified dental nurse looking to progress into management or experienced Practice/Assistant Manager.
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and support a busy team.
* Professional, approachable, and patient-focused.
