Gold Staffing Solutions are proud to be partnering with a respected and growing property maintenance contractor to recruit an experienced Multi Trader for ongoing works across Sutton and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable tradesperson seeking long-term stability, consistent work and the opportunity to secure a permanent position within a well-established company. With a strong pipeline of projects already secured, this role offers genuine career progression and year-round work.
The Role You will be responsible for carrying out a broad range of maintenance, refurbishment and reactive repair works within residential and commercial properties. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, can work independently and consistently delivers a high standard of finish.
Typical Duties Carpentry repairs and installations
Basic plumbing maintenance and repairs
Patch plastering and making good
Painting and decorating works
Tiling repairs and replacements
Kitchen and bathroom maintenance
Door, lock and ironmongery replacements
General building repairs and property upkeep
Void property refurbishments and planned maintenance works
What We're Looking For ? Proven experience working as a Multi Trader
? Strong all-round trade skills across multiple disciplines
? Own van and tools essential
? Full UK Driving Licence
? Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
? Professional attitude with excellent customer-facing skills
? Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering quality workmanship
