Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering accurate and timely payroll services? At Legal & General, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our UK PRT Client Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth transition and ongoing management of pensioner payrolls, ensuring excellent outcomes for our customers.
What you'll be doing:
* Loading pensioner schemes and amendments onto payment systems
* Managing buy-in payments and true-up calculations
* Supporting brokers, Trustees, and members with complex schemes
* Ensuring benefits and payments align with specifications
* Testing and documenting processes for consistency
* Communicating key updates to internal and external stakeholders
* Creating efficient processes with full audit trails
* Supporting and training team members in new procedures
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
* Understanding of defined benefit pension schemes
* Ability to work to tight deadlines with clear communication
* Knowledge of GDPR, Money Laundering, and Treating Customers Fairly
* Strong awareness of team and business risks
* Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building skills
* Confidence working with data in Excel
* Experience with core administrative systems
* Ability to prioritise and organise tasks effectively
