Position Summary
This role requires an experienced RF engineer to work on a wide variety of the world’s most impactful and modern RF engineering challenges. The project team will involve work across product development areas, including mobile communications, sensors, robotics, IoT, and other embedded systems.
Responsibilities
* Involved at every stage of each project, from requirements capture and project specifications to design and final delivery.
* Work with both technical and non‑technical clients to ensure deliverables are realistically achievable, well‑understood, and agreed upon.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, communicating progress and design decisions.
Qualifications
* Excellent academic experience in RF or Electronics fields (preferably MEng / PhD level).
* Senior level post‑graduate experience in designing RF‑based circuits, preferably with experience leading teams or projects.
* Experience of the product lifecycle from requirement capture to final delivery.
* Microwave, RF, analogue design and simulation skills (digital design is beneficial but not required).
* Amplifier, filter, and frequency synthesiser design experience.
* Experience with a range of frequencies, particularly high‑frequency operations.
* Desire to work on a wide range of product types.
* Eligibility for security clearance without restriction.
