What You'll Be Doing:
As a Contracts Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our contracts team. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation and management of contracts.
Maintaining accurate and organised records of contracts and documentation.
Coordinating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Providing administrative support to the Contracts Manager as needed.
Assisting in the development of process improvements to enhance efficiency. Who You Are:
We're looking for someone who is:
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
A team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel).
Previous SAP experience
A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
