The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established, multi-site European CMO with significant growth plans. This role offers the opportunity to work with large, sophisticated customers, managing complex sales cycles and acting as a trusted commercial partner to branded supplement companies across Europe. Success in this position requires commercial rigour, attention to detail, and technical credibility, alongside the ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development across key European dietary supplement markets
Own and close high-value, complex CMO sales opportunities, from initial engagement through to long-term manufacturing agreements
Act as a trusted partner to customers, delivering a high-touch, solutions-led service
Build and manage relationships with senior commercial, technical and procurement stakeholders
Demonstrate strong technical understanding of formulations, manufacturing processes and regulatory considerations
Work closely with internal technical, regulatory, quality and operations teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions
Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and CRM reporting
Represent the business professionally at key European industry events
Candidate Profile
Proven experience selling CMO or contract manufacturing services within the UK dietary supplement market
Track record of successfully closing large-value, complex B2B deals
Strong technical understanding of dietary supplement manufacturing and regulatory frameworks
Highly detail-oriented with pride in delivering an exceptional level of service
Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions
Commercially astute, structured and process-driven
