Location: Gainsborough, Lincolnshire
Salary: £130 - £180 per day

Are you an experienced SEN Teacher or a qualified teacher looking to specialise in Special Educational Needs? GSL Education Ltd is seeking a passionate and committed SEN Teacher to join an inclusive and supportive school in Gainsborough.
About the Role:
* Plan, deliver and adapt lessons to meet the individual learning needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
* Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that promotes progress and independence.
* Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
* Track and assess pupils’ progress, maintaining accurate records in line with school policies.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent).
* Experience teaching pupils with SEN in a mainstream or specialist setting.
* A creative and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
* An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
