Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their award winning pub in Bedfordshire. They are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with experience of working with all fresh food to ideally a AA rosette standard. the pub uses all locally sourced produce where available and the role is 4.5 days a week with 3 nights off. Due to location you will need your own transport.

Working on each section of the kitchen
Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence
Managing and ordering for your own section
Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
Experience
You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant
Ability to work on each section
Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations
