This is an exciting opportunity for a committed early years practitioner who is enthusiastic about supporting young children during their most important developmental years and who thrives in a caring, team-focused environment.
Our nursery is flexible and supportive, offering a range of working patterns to suit your lifestyle. We can accommodate 3 long days, 4 long days, or 5 shorter days, making this role ideal for an early years practitioner seeking a healthy work–life balance. Whether you are looking to reduce hours or prefer a full-time position, we are happy to discuss options that work for you.
We are open to practitioners who enjoy working across all rooms and age groups, from babies through to preschool. As an early years practitioner, you will play a key role in planning and delivering engaging activities that follow the EYFS framework, supporting children’s learning, development, and emotional wellbeing. You will observe, assess, and record children’s progress, helping each child reach their individual potential.
The successful early years practitioner will hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) and have a genuine passion for childcare. You will be confident in building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and you will understand the importance of safeguarding and inclusive practice.
