Multi-Trades Required - Fire Stopping Works - Adventurers Quay, Cardiff
Location: Adventurers Quay, Cardiff
Duration: 18 weeks
Start Dates: Immediate and ongoing starts available (staggered depending on trade)
Rates: £150 - £230 per day (depending on experience and trade)
Trades Required:
* Fire Stoppers
* Carpenters
* Dryliners / Taper Jointers
* General Builders
* Skilled Labourers
* Operatives with fire stopping experience
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS card
* Proven experience in fire stopping and/or refurbishment works
* Own tools and PPE
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good understanding of site safety and fire compliance
Duties May Include:
* Installation of passive fire protection systems
* Batt and mastic work
* Sealing service penetrations
* Boarding and making good
* General support across fire stopping works
* Assisting specialist trades on site
