The successful candidate will play a key role in providing tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs, both within the classroom and during interventions. Key Responsibilities: Work 1:1 and in small groups with students who have a range of SEN, including communication and interaction needs, cognition and learning difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Assist teaching staff in delivering high-quality lessons and adapting materials to suit individual needs. Promote inclusion and independence in the classroom. Help implement strategies outlined in EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans). Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to ensure student progress and well-being. Ideal Candidate: Experience working with young people with additional needs, preferably in a school setting. Knowledge of SEN strategies and a genuine passion for inclusive education. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and resilience. Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
