Hours: 30 hours per week, 5 days across Monday - Sunday, working between 07:45 and 17:30
Note: Weekend work is required. Sunday working will be at the Louth Delivery Office (LN11 9ND) from 08:00 to 18:00, currently 2 in 6 Sundays.

* Upbeat, independent and self-motivated
* Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service
* Think of yourself as a people-person and a friendly face in the community
* Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather
* Has a strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do
* Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
What We Do For You
* A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06 per hour (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours).
* Paid overtime at x1.25 for any hours over 40 per week.
* 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours) and the option to buy extra leave each year.

Please note: Roles offering between 35-40 hours per week are listed as full-time for candidate search purposes. Roles under 40 hours per week are classified as part-time in the employment contract.
Responsibilities (inferred)
* Deliver mail and parcels to customers on assigned routes
* Walk or drive as part of daily duties, in varying weather conditions
* Represent Royal Mail in the community and provide customer service
