What You’ll Do:
* Lead, engage, and develop your team of tech-whizzes and people pros.
* Empower your team to reach ambitious targets.
* Create an environment where every customer feels at ease.
* Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store.
You’ll Definitely:
* Have experience in coaching and building capability within a team.
* Be able to lead teams to achieve strong commercial and customer results.
* Have experience managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Drive customer service in a sales and service environment.
* Be self-motivated and proactive.
