Salary Range: £70,000–£90,000 DOE
Location / Working Model: London, UK | Full-time | Hybrid [2-3 days a week in the office]

The Associate Director – Digital will lead high-value multi-channel programmes, strengthen senior client relationships and help drive the next phase of digital growth across the UK business.
Role Highlights
– Lead integrated digital strategies across social, paid media, content, email, SEO, SEM and web
– Own senior client relationships and provide clear, commercially focused strategic counsel
– Guide campaign planning, audience journeys, testing and optimisation to improve performance
– Support new business activity, upsell opportunities and profitable account growth
– Mentor digital specialists and bring together cross-functional teams for excellent delivery
You Will Need
– Significant agency-side digital, social or integrated marketing experience
– Strong background in B2B and B2C campaigns, ideally in regulated sectors
– Proven success delivering multi-platform programmes with measurable commercial impact
– Confident knowledge of paid media, content, SEO/AEO, SEM, email and web performance
– Ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage budgets and simplify complex propositions
