Overview
We are seeking a Senior Acquisitions Manager for the Nutts Corner Region based in our Regional Distribution Centre, Nutts Corner, Crumlin.
What you'll do
* Manage all aspects of the Acquisition process through site identification and appraisal, negotiation and exchange of purchase / lease agreements, management of the planning permission process and procurement of all necessary statutory approvals.
* Strategic planning, market analysis, development plan reviews and preparation of return on investment appraisals as well as managing the Board Approval process.
* Project managing various stakeholders including Design teams, Solicitors, Agents, Council officials and Landowners on a regular basis to achieve targets.
* Develop and manage good business relationships with company business partners, such as lawyers, architects and engineers.
What you\'ll need
* Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a Property role with a proven track record and strong drive to succeed.
* Experience in a Project Management role would be advantageous.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong administration, organisational, documentation and analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to work under strict timescales to meet deadlines and work on multiple tasks at one time ensuring that all tasks are completed.
* Valid Full Driver’s Licence with a good driving record.
