Website Operations Manager, London/Hybrid working - £TBC We’re on the hunt for a great Website Operations Manager to join one the planets biggest names in the Banking industry. If you have experience across Website and Content change management this role is just the one for you As Website Operations Manager, you’ll ultimately be responsible for implementing and maintaining a public website governance and workflow framework for the CMB website with consideration of operational effectiveness and performance optimization, managing within the risk framework. This Website Operations Manager role sits within the Digital Marketing Channels team which is responsible for the public facing website for CMB. The team is also responsible for the usage and adoption of marketing technology including email deployment, A/B testing, customer data platforms and overall optimization activities. The day-to-day responsibilities of this Website Operations Manager include: Drive meaningful change to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the website operating model. Review current UK CMB website processes and practices and recommend opportunities for improvement, ensuring we are leveraging best in class operating models. Implement and configure a Jira Confluence instance to manage website workflow and record keeping in accordance with relevant regulation. Create and maintain process documentation that cover the operational requirements of the public website. Manage and monitor the communications with stakeholders to successfully implement any process transformations. Execute digital governance activities in support of B2B objectives. Ensure our change management and operational workflow is bought into by all stakeholders and fully aligned to wider practices. Evaluate success with key performance metrics where relevant. Improve the performance of digital marketing through better use of team resource and working practices. As Website Operations Manager, you will also have/be the following: Experience in website management and content change management. Direct and proven broad based business experience, ideally within a Financial Services based institution. Strong Experience of JIRA and implementation of workflow processes Project management and process skills Experience of process documentation and relevant tools Attention to detail and a drive for excellence and quality. Ability to undertake analysis and produce reporting. Experience and evidence of working with teams over multiple sites. Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts Proven ability to be a self-starter with focus and drive in a challenging regulatory and dynamic environment. Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development and implementation activities.
