Project Manager

Eurobase is looking for a Project Manager to join our PMO team and support the delivery of software implementation projects across the global insurance market. With a strong pipeline of new business, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering successful client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end projects or workstreams, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines and budgets
* Develop project plans, track progress, and provide regular reporting
* Work closely with clients to manage expectations and maintain strong relationships
* Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Delivery teams
* Support governance processes and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience supporting or managing software implementation projects
* Experience working within structured project delivery or PMO environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
* A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
* A collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
Desirable:
* Experience working within insurance, financial services, or regulated industries
* Exposure to recognised project governance frameworks such as PRINCE2 or ITIL
* Experience working with external clients
* Understanding of data migrations or system implementations
* Awareness of the software development lifecycle
