Location: Leigh On Sea (Must live in or around the specific geographic location)

What is on offer to you
* £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on‑target earnings.
* £25,000 to £27,500 Basic salary per year, dependent on experience.
* Uncapped commission scheme.

Main Purpose of the role

Unlike some hybrid or self‑employed roles, support for you to succeed is considerable – with local branch hub teams to assist you, central lead management and concierge telephony support.

Responsibilities
You will provide an end‑to‑end service for customers from valuation to completion of sale, build your own customer base, market your personal brand, and deliver an experience customers can rave about.
