Key Duties will Include:

As an Advanced Practitioner, you will hold a protected caseload of 8 children and young people, offering oversight into pathway planning and independence work for care leavers and supporting the development of junior colleagues.
About You:
* Experienced Frontline Senior Social Worker.
* SWE Registered and Recognised Qualification in Social Work.
* Full Driving License.
