We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Bakery Manager who are eager to learn and grow within a professional food production environment. Key Duties Oversee daily bakery operations to ensure efficient production and high quality output. Manage and train bakery staff, providing guidance and support to foster a productive work environment. Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while minimizing waste. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure continuity of operations. Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations and standards. Maintain equipment and coordinate regular maintenance to avoid production interruptions. Analyze production costs and implement strategies to optimize profitability without compromising quality. Collaborate with the quality control team to uphold product consistency and customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as a Bakery Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the food production industry. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, bakery equipment, and production processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality control standards in food production. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in inventory management and cost control methods. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers, staff, and management.
