HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
1. Supervise beverage and food service, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
2. We are ALL-IN, and have more teams that we cooperate with. We expect you to be flexible to work with other departments. You’re not the only one on stage.
3. Train new talent's, ensuring high standards of service and product knowledge.
4. Assist with beverage and food management duties as needed, maintaining service standards.
5. Showing guests our Whatever/Whenever service while they are with us, and connect with them to be able to personalize that service, creating memorable experiences.
6. Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
7. Collaborate with other B&F Management/Director of Quality with improving service quality and efficiency.
8. Make sure you put the guests at the center of everything we do. Any task that is not mentioned in this list but that may create an unforgettable experience for our guests is on your to do list.
9. Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with company policies and regulations.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
10. Proven experience as a Beverage & Food Supervisor or similar experience.
11. Experience in delivering high quality customer service.
12. Food Safety/Food Hygiene qualification Level 2 or equivalent.
13. Food Allergen Management Certification
14. Strong knowledge of Beverage & Food, such as latest drinks and stock management.
15. Minimum intermediate level use of MS Office (Word, Excel)
