What you’ll be doing
1. Lead on project delivery for customers.
2. Maintain an excellent understanding of key Security products and become a Subject Matter Expert in one or two technologies / vendor solutions.
3. Ensure handover to and gain sign-off from the Implementation and/or Operational teams for on-going support.
4. Help maintain and build customer relationships through internal and external stakeholder engagement, including when required on-site vendor/customer meetings.
5. Work with the account team and the customer to ensure that the security estate is maintained, documented and updated to meet the requirements of the contract.
6. Work within short timescales, anywhere within the UK, possibly outside of the UK. Flexibility is essential in terms of -working hours and location. This includes attending on-site secure locations.
You'll need to have the following skills and experience
7. Have a proven track record delivering complex security solution to customers
8. Have significant experience and a track record of gaining industry recognised certifications.
9. Be adept at managing stakeholder expectations.
10. Maintain a collaborative relationship with vendors.
11. Provide guidance on training your colleagues, giving direction to the team and advice to the customer to be regarded as a trusted adviser.
12. Participate in professional communities and knowledge sharing to colleagues and internal teams.
