Painter & Decorator - Property Services (Bathrooms & Kitchens)
Location: Cramlington
Contract Length: 3 Months
Employment Type: Temporary / Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator specialising in property services, particularly in the refurbishment of bathrooms and kitchens. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reliable and respected team delivering high-quality work across occupied and void properties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interior painting and decorating within domestic bathrooms and kitchens
2. Surface preparation including stripping, filling, sanding, priming and finishing
3. Applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to a high standard
4. Ensuring clean, tidy, and safe working environments
5. Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
Essential Requirements:
6. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent)
7. DBS Check - valid and up to date
8. Asbestos Awareness certification (UKATA or IATP)
9. CSCS Card - required for site access
10. Own tools and transport essential
11. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes
12. Experience working in domestic or property services environments
