The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll begin by learning the fundamentals of sales and customer acquisition while representing our client brands. From day one, you’ll be trained, supported, and developed with a clear progression path in mind.
As you grow, you’ll take on more responsibility, moving into training, mentoring, and managing a small team, helping develop others while continuing to build your own career in sales leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Representing brands professionally and confidently
* Learning and applying core sales and communication skills
* Building relationships with customers and delivering strong brand experiences
* Working closely with experienced leaders and managers
* Progressing into coaching, training, and team leadership responsibilities
* Supporting team performance, motivation, and development
