Job Description
3. Qualified accountant with 1-3 years of relevant PQE (or high-potential finalist)
4. Experience in the preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts, reporting and forecasting.
5. Expert-level Xero knowledge.
6. Experience of driving AI integration within the Financial Reporting function.
7. Demonstrable advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
8. High level of attention to detail and organisation.
9. Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.
10. Computer literacy and application of accounting principles are paramount to ensuring appropriate controls are in place within the underlying computer systems.
11. Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
12. Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Accountant (Temp cover) should have:
13. A recognised accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
14. Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
15. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
16. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
17. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
18. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a temporary role.
