The Role
We are seeking a disciplined Compliance Assurance to join our Financial Crime team. This is a "hands-on" delivery role focused on the technical execution of our testing plan. You will be part of a collaborative team where you can sharpen your testing methodology while broadening your exposure across the Financial Crime spectrum.
Key Objectives & Outputs
As an AVP in this team, your focus is on the execution and delivery of the assurance plan rather than high-level strategy.
1. Core Delivery: Primarily provide robust AML assurance, ensuring our core anti-money laundering controls are functioning as intended.
2. Broadened Scope: Support thematic reviews and testing modules for Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) and Sanctions frameworks.
3. Testing Execution: Perform detailed Control Testing (verifying the design and operation of a control) and Outcome Testing (reviewing the end result to ensure it met regulatory requirements).
