The role:

As a Project Manager, you will help drive our goals by:
* Manage multiple capital projects (£1-2m), including pilot plants, infrastructure, and site utility equipment, overseeing budgets and capital forecasting.
* Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and technicians to deliver bespoke, cost-effective designs, including scope, planning, scheduling, change management, installation, and commissioning.
* Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions, ensuring designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs.
* Identify and manage project uncertainties, changes in scope, and conflicting priorities across multiple projects, sites, and stakeholders while controlling risk.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, EHS, and JM standards; lead safety audits, hazard studies, and risk assessments to improve practices and maintain process safety.
