We’re now looking for an experienced Electrician / Tester to join our team, carrying out emergency lighting inspections across three large manufacturing sites in the Birmingham area. This role is ideal for someone who’s spent time in fast-paced contract environments or shift-based roles and is now looking for stability, routine and a better work/life balance — without compromising on earnings. The role You’ll travel between three local manufacturing facilities (company vehicle provided), working closely with site facilities and maintenance teams to inspect emergency lighting systems, record findings and recommend remedial works. Occasionally, you’ll carry out small repair projects yourself, but the core focus is inspection, compliance and customer service. You’ll be a trusted, regular presence on site — so a professional, friendly and personable approach is essential.
