Job Description
Are you a newly qualified Financial Adviser looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a
fully independent IFA
firm, working exclusively with some exciting major corporate clients such as Facebook.
As a
Junior Adviser
, you'll be servicing a portfolio of lower-end clients, helping them with their financial planning needs while developing your own advisory style. This is a
brand-new role
, so flexibility and a proactive mindset are key as you'll help shape the programme alongside the leadership team.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide financial advice to a portfolio of clients
* Build strong relationships and deliver excellent client service
* Support the development of the advisory programme
* Work closely with the COO and wider team of IFAs and administrators
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge through CPD and further qualifications
*Requirements*
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipFA or equivalent) – essential
* Ideally academy-trained
* Strong sales and communication skills
* Confident in client-facing situations
* Sociable, adaptable, and eager to learn
* Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial team
