The Role We’re looking for a Product Manager – Owner Supply Activation & Onboarding to take ownership of the journey from an owner’s first sign-up to their property’s first booking. Your mission: accelerate time to value, improve conversion rates, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience that sets owners up for long-term success. You’ll work closely with sales, operations, onboarding, legal, compliance, design, and engineering to streamline workflows, automate processes, and experiment with new approaches. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how owners experience our platform from day one – making their journey smoother, faster, and more rewarding. What You’ll Do Own the onboarding funnel from lead handoff through to first booking. Redesign the onboarding journey, balancing automation with personalised support. Work with sales, onboarding, and operations to remove conversion barriers. Partner with UX and engineering to create tools, dashboards, and product-led onboarding flows. Define, track, and report on metrics such as funnel conversion, time to activation, and owner NPS. Develop self-service tooling and simplify contracts, compliance, and onboarding task management. Lead discovery with users and stakeholders to validate problems and co-design solutions. Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback. What We’re Looking For Essential Strong product management skills: discovery, prioritisation, delivery, stakeholder alignment, and outcome measurement. Proven ability to optimise complex user journeys with measurable impact. Experience with CRM systems, onboarding flows, B2B/B2C SaaS, or marketplace supply acquisition. Excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to simplify complexity. Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Data-driven mindset with experience in funnel analysis, workflow mapping, and segmentation.
