What You’ll Do
As a Spa Therapist, you will:
* Deliver a full range of spa treatments to a high
standard, ensuring every guest receives exceptional care
* Promote a calm and welcoming spa environment, maintaining
high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
* Support the spa team with retail, bookings, and client queries to enhance
the overall guest experience
* Uphold all Health & Safety procedures and ensure
compliance with industry best practice
* Contribute to a culture of warmth and professionalism, representing Haulfryn’s
values and standards
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, passionate individual with:
* Completed NVQ Level 3 or equivalent spa/beauty qualification
* Strong customer service skills and a calm, reassuring manner
* Experience with premium product houses (e.g. Elemis) desirable
* Proven ability to perform a wide range of spa treatments
* Understanding of spa safety, cleanliness, and risk assessments
* A positive attitude and flexible approach to shifts,
including weekends and holidays
