Location - North West England.
Salary - very competitve.
Hybrid working - 2 days in office per week.
Key duties will include:
* Setting a modern, cohesive global strategy to replace legacy models and create consistency, clarity, and forward‑looking design across regions.
* Transforming benefits into true strategic leadership, bringing fresh thinking, long‑term vision, and a sharper understanding of what people value.
* Leading and integrating global teams, building collaboration across regions and shaping a more unified, insight‑driven function.
* Using data, analytics and AI‑enabled tools to modernise outdated processes, elevate decision‑making, and provide deeper visibility of spend, value, and impact.
* Strengthening senior stakeholder engagement, including educating leadership on the strategic potential of benefits as drivers of identity, culture, inclusion, and belonging.
* Optimising governance, operations, and technology, ensuring consistent delivery, greater efficiency, and a more resilient global framework.
* Partnering across People, Culture and Communications to enhance the colleague experience through clear, relevant, and engaging initiatives.
* Driving early diagnostic work, including global audits, benchmarking, and budget shaping, to quickly form a global view and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Leading global change programmes to build a market‑leading, cohesive proposition aligned with the organisation’s ambitions.
This role would suit and innovative Head of Benefits, that is able to work well technically and inspire others.
